If we all share responsibility for the ocean, we should all also have access to it.
The Superdive Foundation is awarding PADI Open Water Diver certifications, and mask, fins, snorkel packages to a motley crew of aspiring divers.
HOW WE'RE SUPPORTING FUTURE DIVE HEROES
The Superdive Foundation is empowering the next generation of ocean ambassadors, aspiring scientists, and anyone who may be looking to expand their horizons. If our underwater world is calling you – we'll help you dive right in.
The PADI Open Water Diver certification will have you diving at a maximum depth of 60 feet. Allowing you to explore the most studied parts of our oceans.
A mask, fins, and snorkel are your basic ticket to enjoying the underwater world - and many dive shops don't rent these out. So we're giving them to you.
We are looking for you.
The Superdive Foundation is empowering the next generation of ocean ambassadors, aspiring scientists, or anyone who is looking to expand their horizons. If our underwater world is calling you – we'll help you dive right in.
Dive shops, operators, and decision-makers target specific demographics to increase their bottom line – often leaving people in the dark. When groups are underrepresented their needs are not considered by leaders in the dive industry.
We're changing the landscape
A national survey revealed 84.4% of Open Water divers are Caucasian and that women make up only 38.8% of Open Water divers. This program was built for the underrepresented. We're driven to teach the rest of the world to dive.
A call from the natural world
Whether you've dreamed of being the next Sylvia Earle, or are just interested in changing your Saturday night plans from Netflix & chill to a shore dive under the stars – we're here to help you take the plunge.
Sharing your stories
Many people never consider themselves as potential divers. We want to share your story and expand notions of what a diver can look like.
